Shipping policy
Orders will not ship until payment has been successfully processed.
Leigh Art carefully packages each order to help ensure it arrives safely. Shipping rates are calculated through USPS and other available shipping providers based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Fragile items are marked accordingly; however, once a package leaves our hands, we cannot guarantee how it will be handled during transit.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at leighart@live.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the interior packaging materials
- Photos of the shipping box as it arrived, including any visible damage
This documentation is required in order for Leigh Art to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Once the necessary documentation has been received, we will begin the claims process and work with you toward a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.
Unfortunately, if photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging are not provided, we are unable to submit a claim with the shipping carrier and cannot issue a refund or replacement.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Leigh Art is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
