Refund policy

Sales on Clearance items, custom scarf orders, and items in Studio Seconds are final, no returns or refunds will be accepted or made. 

All other items must be returned within 14 days of the transaction to receive a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition. If a returned item arrives damaged or broken, no refund will be issued. 

Issued refund will only cover item cost. Taxes, shipping, and return shipping will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping and packaging.
